These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dahua.lk website and the products and services we provide, operated by Unity Infotech (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka. Please read them carefully before placing an order or requesting a service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dahua.lk website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Products & Pricing
All CCTV products, accessories, and packages displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure prices, specifications, and descriptions are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and availability without prior notice. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation. Payment can be made by bank transfer or as agreed at checkout. For bank transfers, your order is processed after we verify your payment receipt. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to availability, location, or circumstances beyond our control. Free delivery is offered on qualifying orders above the threshold shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned in their original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery, subject to our returns process. Certain items — including opened software, registered devices, and custom orders — may not be eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned goods.
6. Warranty
Genuine Dahua products carry the manufacturer warranty as stated on the product page. Warranty claims require proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear. Please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
7. Installation Services
Where installation is requested, our certified technicians will arrange a visit that suits your schedule and property. Installation quotes are provided based on the information you supply; additional work or materials may incur extra charges, which will be advised before proceeding.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and layout — is owned by Unity Infotech (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Sri Lankan and international law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unity Infotech (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, or for any failure to perform transactions beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for that product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this page. The updated terms take effect when posted. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
